Patient Account Research, Data Entry

Location: Scripps Ranch

Temporary to hire! Growth focused role

$20/hr Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Patient Account Research Specialist in Scripps Ranch. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the medical and th industry, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve patient information regarding billing status at medical facilities.
• Pull account information and verify accuracy.
• Enter data updates and changes into the system.
• Review balances and charges, updating system information as necessary.
• Verify proper documentation is on record.
• Ensure billing information for each patient is accurate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in office environment
• Proficient MS Office experience, medical related CRM preferred
• Healthcare / Medical industry experience preferred
• Immediate availability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Desire to grow and progress within organization
